Isaac Sprague  (2)
Wild Flowers

These handsome chromolithgraphs by Isaac Sprague are cut from George L. Goodale's Wild Flowers of America, published by Bradlee Whidden, Boston, 1886.  There is some toning around the periphery of these plates, most noticeably on those plates with white backgrounds.  Much of this, if not all, can be matted out.  The bottom plate numbers of a few plates were trimmed when the plates were bound.  Margins are slightly cropped in the scans, so plant names which are present on all the prints, are not shown. Lithography by Louis Prang.

Size: 11.75 x 8.75 inches
