Mediterranean Medusae

The beautiful prints below are cut from the very rare Fauna e Flora del Golfo di Napoli, Anthomedusae/Athecatae (Hydrozoa, Cnidaria) of the Mediterranean by Anita Brinkmann-Voss, published by the Stazione Zoologica di Napoli, 1970.  The illustrations are by Ilona Richter.  The plates are clean and fresh with little evidence of previous handling.  The species names are given on an accompanying guard page.
