These chromolithographs are cut from the Report of the State Commissioners of Fisheries for 1896, published in 1897 by Clarence M Busche, State Printer of Pennsylvania.   No artist is credited.  The plates are clean with just a little age toning around the periphery.  The paper is rather thin.
These plates are commonly attributed to Sherman F. Denton.
