The beautiful chromolithographs below are cut from the first edition of Moichiro Maki's classic Monograph of the Snakes of Japan, published by Dai-ichi, Tokyo, 1931. These chromolithographs are printed on very thick stock. They are in excellent condition and show very little age toning. There is a blacked-out library stamp on the back of each.
