The Keulemans color lithographs on this pageare cut from the second edition of Johann Friedrich Naumann's classic Naturgeschichte der Vögel Mitteleuropas, published by Gera-Untermhaus in 1896-1905 . (see also Naumann ). The plates are printed on heavy stock and are uniformly of excellent quality. The white margins and some of the image is cropped in the scans below.
