The chromolithographs  below are cut from William Beutenmuller's Monograph of the Sesiidae of America, North of  Mexico. The monograph was published as a Memoir of the American Museum of Natural History, 1901.  The large illustrations were  and are in fine condition with just a little toning around the periphery.  The species names are listed on an accompanying page.  B. Meisel of Boston did the lithography.
